I am trying to save a movie in movie maker 2.1

I have windows XP with SP2 and all my updates.  I have 2 harddrives
with about 80GB of harddrive space - 20GB on one drive and 60GB on the
other.  I have tried to save to both harddrives.  I have tried to save
at default settings.  I have tried to save at various settings.

I have simply opened an avi......saved all the clips and attempted to
save it at different bitrates...from default on down.

I have tried to save just one clip.  Same problem every time.

Typicall.  Estimated size requred 1.2 MB
Estimated disk space availabe 60GB

I get the same error every time.

"Windows Movie Maker cannot save the movie to the specified location.
Verify that the original source files used in your movie are still
available, that the saving file location is still available, and that
there is enough free disc space available then try again."

I have tried to save to both drives to various locations.  I have
opened, reopened and reopened the original again and again.

I have set all settings in WMM to default.  I have rebooted and tried
again.  Any ideas?

Thanks

You would probably be better off posting this in a Windows XP newsgroup,
since this newsgroup supports Windows Millennium Edition.
