Running windows Me/bought a song from wal-mart.com/downloaded media player
9.0/ it will not let me burn this file to a cd.
Error message is:  Wmburn has caused an error INDIVBOX.key media player must
close.
Also, when opening up media player I'll get an unspecified error telling me
if problem persists try restarting my computer.
Any guidance on where the conflict is would be greatly appreciated!

i am getting similar problems and same error message when trying to get MP9
to play music that I have downloaded from wanadoo music as licensed copies.
There seem to be some serious issues/conflicts with downloaded music and
MP9's management of licensing- its doing my nut in! Help required from
Microsoft here pls.

I was having the same error.

I stopped some of my privacy and protection programs on my PC, and
found out "Spysweeper" was preventing the burning process.  It is a
spyware prevention program.  It apparently considers DRM activity
spyware.  So now when I want to burn downloaded paid music stuff I stop
Spysweeper.
