can anybody please help me to solve the following question: 0xC00D11BA

From ZachD's most useful WMP FAQ (http://www.zachd.com/pss/pss.html)

Look for and rename if found the file ctmp3.acm to say ctmp3.bak.  This is
a Creative Playcentre mp3 decoder and it appears that WMP is not fully
compatible with this file.
