Hi!

I have the exact same problem as crreed14 posted below. I have no sound. No
matter what file format I play i don't get sound. But any other application
on my computer that plays video and music files play sound without any
problem.

Then I get an unknown error when I try to copy files from a music library on
to a CD.

I read somewhere that the "unknown error code" is "unfortunate"... Well
yeah!! But how do you fix it!?

I have tried to reinstall Windows, I have tried to reinstall Windows Media
Player several times. Nothing helps either of my problems.

Please help me!

Well I am embarrassed to say that the sound problem is now fixed. I had it on
"mute". Didn't know there was such a thing but a friend of mine tipped me.
Feel really foolish now.

But the copy to cd problem still remains. Please help!?
