Sound drivers disabled

For some reason my sound drivers are getting disabled
after a restart.  If I remove them in the device manager
and restart every thing is fine until the next time I
restart the computer.  Then once again they are
disabled.  If any one has an idea why this keeps
happening please help!!!!!!!!

Creative sound card?
Update the drivers from the website - the older versions are known to have
problems with ME
