How does one delete his question from the forum?

Thanks

That's the beauty of the forums. Once you post, it's there for the world to
see and archived for a possible eternity.

There is no delete unless you have the ability to go back in time... :)

Well, all is not lost.  Your splendid "how to fix
networking" write up did, indeed, solve my problem.
Many thanks. OHR@dscrawford.com

some newsreaders have a built-in 'cancel' function which xmits a cancel
request to the server. Whether the all server between you and the reader
actually heed the request is a different matter.

Other than that join the ranks of ppl who occasionally ask stupid questions
