my profile deleted

i am win 2000 professional.i have deleted my profile accedently from
system--user profiles.all my settings and specially docs in my documents
vanished .

can somebody tell me the way to recover those documents??

Actually, no. I can't do that. I don't run Windows 2000. The reason I hang
out in this group is because it covers the OS that I do use; Windows
Millennium Edtion.

Oh, and here is a thought; a true professional should know how to do
something as basic as recover a blown profile.
