Hi, hope someone can help.
Trying to set up network between main PC on XP, and old PC on ME.
Have run the XP networking wizard on both machines three times but have been
unable to get any connectivity.
The XP machine takes a long time to try to open the mshome window and then
can't, the ME machine can open the mshome window but only shows 'oldpc' in
the window (though it did show 'mainpc' once but it's gone again and even
when it was there I could not access it).
Possibly because ran wizard three times the LAN connection shows as Local
Area Connection 3, but I don't know where 1 and 2 went.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Jerry.
