spool32(not responding)

I am using a DELL XPS B1000 running WinMe printing to a
HPdeskjet 952c. My system prints great except when I try
to print my account information from my online bank.It
used to print this information with no problem. Now the
computer and printer lock up. When I hit Ctrl Alt and
Delete, I get this message" Spool32(not responding). Any
help appreaciated !! I am at a loss.

I too am experiencing a similar problem - it occurs when I
try to print from on online staff scheduling site.  I am
using an Athlon XP 1.4G and an HP DJ 932C with Microsoft
Wireless Networking.  Ditto on appreciating any help!
