After originally installing all-in-one software, could
not get the HP Director icon to launch - with a msg that
the library was not registered.  However printer worked
fine.  After finally getting a corrected set of install
instructions, un-installing all the way to Level 4, we
now get a Windows error "IPHLPAPI.DLL File cannot start.
Check the file to determine the problem."  After more un-
installs and re-installing, we now also get a "Memories
2000 ..." error.  Has anyone run into these problems -
with a solution???

Your IPHLPAPI problem is related to AOL - not your printer (you have AOL v9
installed? - revert to v8, and your problems will go with v9)

"Memories 2000".... Hmmm - I suspect that that is either a program that
you've installed, or you have a virus......

download the Stinger from here and run it to make sure that A-V-disabling
viruses are not present on your PC
http://download.nai.com/products/mcafee-avert/stinger.exe

- update your virus scanner and run a full system scan of all files.

download AdAware from www.lavasoftusa.com, install, update, and run it to
remove spyware, adware,
and other such nasties from your system.

See if that helps
