First completely remove all traces of your printer
http://members.shaw.ca/bsanders/CleanPrinterDrivers.htm
re-boot
Go here if you need new drivers
http://www.hp.com/country/us/en/support.html
If Windows doesn't detect new hardware; open the printer folder in the control panel,
add printer, the Wizard will open, go through the Wizard steps, if your printer isn't
on the list, click have disk and browse to your software.
