I'm getting an error printing to usb003 port when I'm
trying to print a scanned 8x10 photo. When I look inside
printer properties, it says user intervention required.
I've never had a problem with my MS Picture It! program
before but I've also never scanned a photo as large as
8x10. Maybe it's too big and is having difficulty going
to my printer. Any suggestions?

Try this:
Open the printer folder, select your printer, file, clear use printer offline. (You
might get this option if you right-click your printer).
