Pfppop70.exe is a file installed as part of WordPerfect 7 (it's Corel Office
PerfectPrint) so I'm not certain I understand why you are seeing this error
when printing from Outlook Express.  What exactly are the circumstances in
which you see this error.  Can you print from Word Perfect without problem?

What changes did you make to your system immediately prior to this problem
starting?  Have you ever been able to print correctly from Outlook Express?
If this problem has only started recently and you don't know what changes you
made that might have caused the problem to appear have you considered using
Win Me's System Restore to roll your system back to the state it was before
this problem started?
