I have a printing problem where I cannot print using
Microsoft Word, Notepad or WordPad.  It does not give me
an error message.  When I try to print, the page is
blank.   It does print for other programs such as
Microsoft Publisher and the internet sites.  It also
correctly prints a test page from my printer.

I use Windows Me and my printer is HP Deskjet 932c.

These are the steps I have taken:

1. I clicked on  Help in Word and clicked on Detect and
Repair and went through the process as indicated.  It did
not help.
2. I clicked on Microsoft Knowledge base for
troubleshooting printer problems which was:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=128345.  I
did all the steps except trying to print from a command
prompt.  I felt since my printer was working in other
areas such as the internet and was able to print a test
page, that step was not necessary.
3. I reinstalled all drivers to my printer and scanner.
4. I reinstalled Norton antivirus
5. I used System Restore to go back to a time when I think
everything was working okay.  That did not help.  
6. I uninstalled and reinstalled Office Xp Small Business.
