plz help me i cant print

Hey, I was wonderign if anyone knows whats wrong with my
computer. My printer keeps flashin the orange light sayin
theres no paper in it but there is n i cant print cuz the
computer think theres no paper in it, n i dunno how to fix
it.

Does anyone know whats wrong n how i can fix it plz? :)

Turn off the computer and the printer. Disconnect the printer cable at both
ends.

First, remove the paper from the printer and check the paper path removing
all fuzzies, odd paper bits and formerly-thought-missing gerbils (We last
saw her in 1997!).

Carefully inspect the printer cable and the connectors for bent pins. If
available, try replacing with a known-good cable. Make sure the connectors
are snugly attached without over-tightening any screws.

While you are at it, check the printer ink cartridges is an ink-jet type or
make sure the ribbon is not seized if an impact dot-matrix or it is not out
of toner if a laser type.

Turn the computer and printer on again and try printing.

NOT TO BE SMART BUT HAVE YOU TRIED TURNING IT OFF? mY
PRINTER WOULD DO THE SAME THING BUT WITH THE INK AND I
WOULD HAVE TO UNPLU AND RESET IT. ONEDAY IT JUST STARTED
WORKING NORMALLY AGAIN. HOPE IT WORKS OUT
