When trying to print from my windows ME system to my Canon Multipass F30
printer, I receive an "MP metafile error. Cannot print" message and the print
job fails.  This occurs during the spooling process.  I have been able to
print on this system in the past.  Is this a driver problem or an operating
system issue?  Advise on how to correct this issue would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks,
Ralph

I had the same problem with my Canon i860 Bubble Jet printer. I found the
reason was not enough hard disk space to run the background printing. This
can be disabled and you should be able to print. Go into the troubleshooting
area of your printer and it will guide you through disabling the background
part of printing.
