Hi, Got in contact with the company prinyer is from, they
sent info on how to find problem with spool32. While in
troubleshooting MSCONFIG the printer will print, but as
soon as I put it back in normal start-up get the error
message about spool32. Also have checked off each start-up
item and found that one is causing problem.
Question is, How can I get this program to work with
printer, without taking it off start-up?
If need more input please ask at e-mail address.
Thanking you in advance, gabbygail

To get any help I feel you really do need to give details as to the
unnamed application that when disabled allows you to print but not
otherwise.  Knowing this would help those who might be able to help you
but I doubt that any want to start a guessing game trying to work out what
you are not telling us.  So over to you.  Full details please.
