I understand there is a Microsoft supported fix for my problem above. The English version of this fix should have the following file attributes or later: Date - 8/7/2000 Time - 07.47pm Version - 4.90.0.3001 Size - 11,776 File name - Usbmon.dll How do I go about downloading this file from Microsoft to fix my problem?
