On startup I keep getting the above message. When I went into MSCONFIG there
is an item on Startup tab for Lexmark PrinTray. I can of course sto this from
loading by using selective startup. But how do I permanently eliminate it?

By either unchecking in MSConfig (as you have already done) and then when
you boot up check the box telling you that you are in selective startup
(which means nothing more than that you have an unchecked entry in
MSConfig | Startup) and not to display the message again, or by using
regedit and deleting the entry entirely from the registry.
