Print Dialogue Box Does Not Appear

How do I get the Print Dialogue Box to appear before the
actual printing commences so that I can choose the
printer, pages to be printed or number of copies to be
printed?

Please advise soonest possible.

Does it do this with all programs or only with Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, etc.)? If it only does it with MS
Office, don't click on the printer icon in the toolbar.
Click on file, print, and then this will allow you to
choose your printer. Hope this helps.
