Not sure if this is the correct place.  A Niece has been given a PC with Me
and another source an Epson 670 Printer.  The printer although installed
comes up with error message saying there is no USB connection.  Have been
into device manager and there is no problems showing.  Have checked the
printer ports and find that there is no USB port.  This printer uses EPUSB1.

Is this a microsoft problem? if so what if anything can we do about it.  It
would need to be in very simple terms you are dealing with a silversurfer and
the Niece knows no more!  Oh have also been through Epson troubleshooting,
done everything suggested, still does not work.

Are the USB ports known to be working correctly with other USB devices?
