I solved error message #1 on my own, with no help from
tech support somewhere in India. They hung up on me as I
read from the ME installation manual describing why they
were wrong. #2 remains a problem on one hard disk that
had much data on it as FAT32, that suggested that
scandisk could fix it if it was a windows operating
system, which it was, however, I'm thinking that it might
not have considered fat32 a windows file system, since I
chose to have scandisk fix it, and then the drive would
not boot after inserting the media descriptor. Dir c:
shows disk is not empty. How do I recover the disk
contents?
