I can't find any specific references for that error - but these are usually
the result of bad drivers (often for the motherboard or processor).
Try this - assuming you can boot to Safe Mode
Boot to Safe Mode
Open Device Manager
Remove ALL error-flagged devices
Remove ALL 'Other Devices' - if present
Remove ALL instances of any duplicated devices
Reboot to Normal Mode - Windows will reinstall required drivers (it may take
a few reboots), hopefully curing your problem.
