When windows starts, it starts other programs
I want to know where I can find what it starts and how to
control what it starts
I have sbvr.com controlling my internet and cannot, for
the life of me, stop it
Please help

If you have this one you almost surely have others.

Download AdAware from http://www.lavasoftusa.com/, install it, start it up
and get the latest updates, then run it and clean off everything it finds.
Restart the system and run it again. Keep running, cleaning and restarting
until clean. Some stubborn pests may require a startup in Safe Mode to
clean fully.

I'd also recommend a visit here to get the CWS cleaner, which targets one
specific pest:

try pressing start then run type then msconfig startup
plus try a good adware
remover
