Help - I can't figure out how to setup a my printer/modem
(not sure which) so that it can capture a fax from Word
for instance, and send it to my fax program. How does one
do this?

Your fax program *should* have put an option in the 'File\Print - Select
Printer" menu option in Word (and most other applications). So you just need
to specify which printer (Fax Printer) you want to use.
