I want to relocate my EBD folder to c:\windows\command\
and need to know what file/registry entry(s) (if any) need to be
edited.

AFAIK, a typical WinME installation will have the EBD subfolder as the
daughter of C:\Windows\Command.

If it is not, you can drag it there, and no registry references need to be
made.
