missing file ??

Can anyone help I purchased Inksaver installed it and it
ran once next time i tried to run the prog it a message

says, cant load Riched 32.dll! I think its a file missing
anyone know please E-mail to de248bn@ntlworld.com I would
be greatfull

Suggest you direct your question to Technical Support at Inksaver;-

Have tried Uninstalling it, running System Restore, rolling back to
immediately before you installed and re-installing again?
