You should have started a new thread with your problem instead of adding it
to a post with a different error.
See if this resolves your problem courtesy of MikeM.

Your errors are the result of your PC being infected with a recent version
of
the Cool Web Search hijacker.  Neither iedll.exe or loader.exe are part of
the
Win Me operating system.  Delete iedll.exe but be careful about loader.exe
as
there are some legitimate applications that include a file with this name.
For
more details see http://www.mvps.org/inetexplorer/darnit_2.htm#iedll and
also
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/cwschronicles.html where you will also be
able to download the latest version of the CWShredder which should remove
all
of the mess this hijacker has made of your registry
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/cwshredder.zip)

If you have not already done so I would also recommend you download yourself
a
copy of the free Ad-Aware 6.0 from Lavasoft
(http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/) and also SpyBot
(http://security.kolla.de/) and scan your system for and remove any unwanted
parasites, adware, spyware, foistware and any other junk that might be
hiding
on your PC.
