delete old password in content advisory

I hope somebody can help me with this please
I don't have the old password for content advisory
so I would like to delete the old password
when I go to registy editor
I cannot find
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersi
on\Policies\Rating
I only can get to Local Machine from there I am
lost.
please help I cannot get on the internet keep asking me
for the password which I don't have.

Cindy,
You've been to http://www.pchell.com/support/contentadvisor.shtml or a
similar site, right? You should follow those instructions very carefully.
You don't want to cause damage in the registry.

You navigate in regedit by expanding keys by clicking on the [+] After each
key opens up, you open the next key.

So at LOCAL_MACHINE you click on the + then scroll down to SOFTWARE then
expand that key, etc.

Create two separate copies of the registry before manually editing the
registry.
You may even wish to store one on removable media.

Do  Start / Run / scanreg ,  followed by creating a manual point using
System Restore.
Then if you manually corrupt the registry, there is at least  a chance
of restoring a known-good copy.
