I have installed Windows ME. I have Microsoft Picture It! 7, but it does not come up when I click on it. I assume this came with Windows ME, but it is not listed in the Add/Remove program. How do I get this to work. Help. Picture It! 7 is not part of the Win Me operating system. Have you installed it? If not you will need to do so before you can use it.
