It would appear that you have a parasite, or maybe more, installed on your PC.

wupdater.exe is part of the KeenValue parasite details of which can be found
at http://www.safersite.com/pestinfo/k/keenvalue.asp

Once you cleaned up the mess that KeenValue has created you might want to
download yourself a copy of the free Ad-Aware 6.0 from Lavasoft
(http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/) and also SpyBot
(http://security.kolla.de/) and scan your system for and remove all unwanted
parasites, adware and spyware that might be hiding on your PC.  The likelihood
is that you will find you also have other unwanted spyware and adware that has
been installed "behind your back".
