Boot to Safe Mode, open the Device Manager and delete all references to ant
devices or adapters that you no longer have installed. Don't worry if you
delete a device you do in fact still have as it will automatically be
redirected and the necessary drivers installed when you next boot back into
Normal Mode.
However if you aren't having problems this entry isn't something I feel you
need to concern yourself with too much.
