I GET THIS WHEN I BOOT -- WHAT IS IT, DO I NEED, HOW CAN I
GET RID OF IT

Your problem is due to your having used the Windows Security Update CD and not
having let the CD finish installing the patches. Instead you removed the CD
before it had finished. Replace the Security CD and reboot and let it finish
its job.
