when i double click my computer or my documents and
control panel a message comes up saying explorer has
caused an error in <unknown> and it doesnt open someone
please help

You may have a virus/spyware hijack

download AdAware from www.lavasoftusa.com, install, update, and run it to
remove spyware, adware,
and other such nasties from your system.
