I am using actived office xp.
For some reason, My harddrive is damaged.
I decide to buy a new computer and get rid of the
existing one. Can I install the office xp to the new
computer? If I can, How to active it?

Thank you for your help!

First ensure that the old install is removed/deleted/destroyed (otherwise
you'll be breaking the EULA terms).
Then install Office in the normal manner, and attempt activation over the
internet. It should probably work, but if not, then use the activation by
phone option, and explain your circumstances to a live operator - they'll
give you a valid activation code.
