Your problem appears to be that you set a BIOS password? and can't remember
what it was
You'll need to either post the exact make/model of your laptop so that we
can research it (or someone who knows it can respond), or go to the
Manufacturers for instructions on how to reset the password - it's a
hardware adjustment, usually, and may involve opening the system case.

For what little it's worth, the manual for that system is available here
http://support.fujitsupc.com/CS/Portal/support.do?srch=GUIDES
A read of it shows that they're very close-mouthed about how to reset the
password, and you should plan on calling them :-(
They seems to have a new online chat service -
http://www.computers.us.fujitsu.com/www/support.shtml?support/contact/notebooks/
notebooks -
which may be able to help (you'll need your serial number to log in)
The following may help -

Good Luck!
