I recieve an error message that reads
While calling the
function "Dlllinstal'C:\WINDOW\SYSTEM\inetp.cpl".
What does this mean? Please HELP.
                                 Thank You

Please check the error message and supply it exactly.
There is unlikely to be a file "C:\WINDOW\SYSTEM\inetp.cp" and it is
probably "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\inetcp.cpl"
Please check the rest of the message that you receive.
