Nview.dll is part of the drivers for your nVidia video card.

Try getting the latest drivers from the nVidia website and installing
them.

Good luck

Where can I find info on the driver ndis.vxd. I have isolated this virtual
driver as the possible cause of my improper power shutdown. Whenever it is
installed, my Me o/s will not shut down via the "Shutdown" command. It
hangs.
What is in it & how can I find out how to regen the thing.
