Hi,
Can anyone help me with re-associating start>help button. Whenever I click
onto the help button a message pops up and tells me "helpctr cannot be found".
I found helpctr.exe manually in the pchealth>helpcenter>binaries folder.
When I click on the helpctr.exe I have no problem getting the "help and
support "page.
I tried >helpctr -regserver , but it states it cannot find hlpctr. How do
associate hlpctr with the help button in the start menu?
                                     Thanks for any suggestions,

If that doesn't help, post back.

Thanks Joan,
I resolved this issue by extracting a new helpctr.exe from the win_16cab.
I placed it into the original folder{ binaries folder}, and now clicking
start>help opens to the "help and support" page with no problem.

No problem on the feedback.
It's the least I can do and besides, whatever troubleshooting techniques
I've learned were mostly from this newsgroup. Once again thanks, and to all a
happy holidays.
