How Do You exit to DOS?

I have this program called Boot Magic and am currently getting this error
message. 8255

Its not important what the error message is, but the Synatec knowledge base
article indicates when you get this error message, you have to EXIT TO DOS
and install BOOT MAGIC from there?

Whats this mean ? How Do I do this?

Can someone give me some easy step by step instructions on how to do this?

Oh yeah I have Windows Me if this is important.

Since WinME does not allow you to exit to DOS go here and get a DOS
Bootdisk www.bootdisk.com
If you have Boot Magic on your hard drive and it's small enough to put
on a floppy then from the A:\ you can
install it. Otherwise you can get to it on the hard drive if you know
the path. ie: C:\Program Files\Boot Magic
So at the A:\ change directory cd C:\ and go from there.

Thanks for responding. Listen when I go to www.bootdisk.com what exactly
do I download?

Theres DOS 5.0 6.21 etc. What do I exactly download?
Once I get this info I think I can follow you from there?

The Windows ME OEM boot disk should work for you.
