I have window Millenium Edition and the windows update is called: Critical Update for Windows Media Player Script Commands (KB828026). In my 'installation history' this particular "critical update......Script commands (Kb828026)" has been installed at least 25 times (successfully) since June 11/2005 showing web site sources and automatic update sources. All say successful. I'm also concerned i never receive recommended driver updates. Many Thanks Carol A word of caution......NEVER download 3rd party drivers from Windows Update. As recommended I have posted further details about my problem (aug 15/2005, 5:57 pm). I'm hoping someone can give me description or solution to the long daily installation process which until a month or so ago would install in 10 mins or less.
