Everytime I turn on my computer I get the following error message:  "The
OSCORE.DLL file is linked to missing export IDELMON.DLL Shutdown".  Does
anyone have a solution for my problem as to how to eliminate this error
message or how to install any missing files? I would appreciate any
suggestions.  Thanks.

Neither of the files you mention forms part of the Win Me operating
system.  OSCORE.DLL is I believe part of AIM, AOL's Instant Messaging
Application.  I have no idea as to the origin of the file IDELMON.DLL but
since it appears to be used by AIM is possibly part of AOL's software.
What your error message is saying is that the version of IDELMON.DLL on
your system is different from that expected by OSCORE.DLL and doesn't
contain an expected entry point.

I would suggest you try uninstalling and then reinstalling AIM.

Is the second filename IDELMON.DLL or IDLEMON.DLL?

If it is IDELMON.DLL then your computer is quite likely infested with
some sort of virus/trojan/spyware as a Google web search finds only a
single reference to this name, and that one appears to be a typo.

Both OSCORE.DLL and IDLEMON.DLL are part of AIM - the AOL Instant
Messaging program.  It appears that your installation has been
corrupted in some way, so that IDLEMON.DLL was replaced by an older
version.

Try reinstalling your AOL Instant Messaging software.

Good luck
