Error-388, missing dll

Whenever my Windows Me starts up, I get a msg box "Error-388 a valid dll file
was not found"

After a few seconds the box disappears without me hitting the close button.

How can I find out what the exact problem is?

Your computer is infested with a virus.

http://www.sophos.com/virusinfo/analyses/trojloonyl.html and click on
the Description tab.
