Reboot to Safe Mode
Open Device Manager
Remove ALL Display Adapters
Remove ALL Monitors
Remove ALL error-flagged devices
Reboot to Normal Mode - Windows will reinstall the required drivers -
hopefully curing your problem.
the error you could not find is actually a 0(zero)E error - not a O(Oh)E
error - which is why Google/Windows/MSN search failed you.
