Delete Files Older 1 Week Date Modified

I would like help to create a script that can be used in Windows Schedule
Tasks that will delete files older than one week ago.  This script will be
executed
daily.

I would like to delete files older than one week ago from the following
directory:
\\CAL\f$.

Please help me complete this task.

Quite well, thank you.  Occasional aches when the weather is changing but
otherwise I've been fully released back to work without restrictions.  I get
to keep two screws and one drill bit that broke off during the first
surgery - but since the broken drill bit was where they intended to put a
screw anyway, they left it there instead of removing it to put in a screw.
