I am trying to upgrade from Me to Xp and I am having blocking issues with
MICROSOFT SHARED FAX CLIENT. It tells me to remove the program but I can't
find it anywhere.

The Microsoft Fax client is not part of Win Me but rather of earlier OSs
such as WIn95 and Win98 although there were ways of forcing its
installation on to Win Me. Nevertheless your question is one better asked
in a newsgroup supporting those installing XP than Win Me. I would
suggest posting to the microsoft.public.windowsxp.setup_deployment or
microsoft.public.windowsxp.newusers newsgroup.
