Outlook Express should not appear in the Control Panel unless you are
referring to an entry in Add/Remove Programs.
I have a feeling that your problem is due to mixed file versions. Have
you reinstalled Win Me over itself? What are the versions of msimn.exe,
msoe.dll and comctl32.dll? You can check by right clicking on the file,
selecting Properties and the information required is on the version tab.

Hi Mike, sorry I couldn't get back sooner but I was very busy yesterday, I
haven't installed the programme you mentioned, and you asked what versions of
msimn etc did I have, but what file do I right click on to find Properties.
