Hi,

I have a serious problem...I can't start my computer.  I
get the following blue screen message:  "Windows
protection error.  You need to restart your computer.
System halted."

When I try to restart, I get the same message.

This started on April 13, after I printed last year's
taxes that were done in TurboTax.

What do I do?

Best rgds,
Cathy
