Hello,

lately when I am online I will be surfing and for no
reason my computer crashes; I get a blue screen. I would
hit any key to continue and when my screen comes back my
internet connection gets very very slow, and I am on a
high speed service.
The error that comes up is ndis vxd error, I have checked
the microsoft faqs in support and found out that I needed
to update my my nic drivers so I did and still the same
problem. Then I contacted my service provider and we reset
my tcpip as well as my ip address and it is still
happening and only when I am surfing, What can I do...
