The Windows Update site will allow you to do this.  Check Installation
History.  If however you have at some stage reinstalled Win Me over itself
download and use Belarc's Advisor (http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html)
and this will report those patches that are broken and need to be reinstalled
(due to reinstalling Win Me), something the detection mechanism on the Windows
Update site cannot do.
